Firelight Fables
Candles
Kasey is a fantasy lover, tabletop RPG player, and the creator behind Firelight Fables—a line of immersive, non-toxic candles and scents inspired by storytelling and adventure. What began as a desire to enhance the ambiance of her roleplaying games soon turned into a creative journey to bring scenes to life through scent. Drawing inspiration from misty forests, cozy taverns, and magical realms, she handcrafts each small-batch candle, wax melt, and room spray in Oregon using clean-burning coconut-apricot wax and essential oil-infused fragrances.
Trollbinde Magic
Jewelry
Trollbinde (pronounced trahl-BINDA) means “to spellbind” in Norwegian and Swedish—and that’s exactly what artist Hannah Black does with her ethereal, story-rich jewelry. Inspired by nature, spirit, and personal experience, each piece is a modern talisman designed to transform and empower. Using forgotten materials from shuttered mills, paired with gemstones and natural elements, Hannah creates soulful adornments for both everyday wear and life’s special moments.

Stephanie is a clinical herbalist, ritual weaver, and the heart & hands behind Gate and Garden. Through this work, she crafts small-batch, seasonal apothecary offerings, works with clients, and holds ritual-centered community gatherings that invite deep reconnection with the wild, the body, and the sacred cycles of nature. She creates spaces and remedies that nourish, empower, and guide others back to themselves. Everything she offers is rooted in reverence—for the earth, for community, and for the quiet magic that lives in everyday ritual & us all.

Frost & Ember Creations was founded in 2016 by Ben Ramirez Reed, a lifelong lover of fantasy, dogs, and the outdoors. Raised in a family-run dog daycare and a regular at Renaissance Faires, Ben began leatherworking in 2012 to craft his own faire gear—quickly expanding to make custom collars and leashes for his white Husky, Katya. What began as a personal hobby grew into Frost & Ember Creations: a leather artisan shop dedicated to crafting high-quality dog gear and fantasy-inspired accessories, all handmade in New York’s Finger Lakes region.

We love featuring local artists and brands with a fantasy-inspired touch at our events! Your creations can be beautifully showcased in high-quality, professionally styled photoshoots and/or included in our thoughtfully curated goody bags. We welcome small donated items, along with your business cards, discount codes, or promotional materials to help introduce your work to our guests.
We’re looking for all kinds of magical collaborators—hair stylists, makeup artists, florists, stylists, venues, costume designers, jewelry makers, musicians, and more. If your work brings a touch of enchantment, we’d love to connect!
These projects are fully collaborative, offering a unique opportunity to showcase your sets in an immersive, storytelling environment. In exchange for your participation, you’ll receive:
