Private sessions for the STORY-WEAVER PASS will be scheduled in advance. Attendees will select their preferred location, theme, photographer(s), and time slots at a later date. Each session will run approximately 15–25 minutes. Featured photographer(s) below.

PRIVATE HORSE PHOTO SESSION (modeling) - $65
BRING A GUEST: COUPLES SESSION (Turn one private session into a Couple’s Shoot) - $50
POSING GUIDANCE (custom posing assistance) - $30 per session
PRIVATE HORSE PHOTO SESSIONS: To keep things calm and safe around the horse, guest photographers will be assigned to one or two sessions rather than having everyone shoot at once. This will give you more dedicated one-on-one time with the horse and your photographer.
We will make every effort for private horse sessions to include mounted photos, but photos on the horses are not guaranteed and will depend on the horse’s temperament, the number of models participating, weather and environmental conditions, and other factors at the time of the event. The horse’s comfort and safety will always come first

The site is a large secluded wooded property in upstate New York, two hours from Manhattan and 15 minutes from the historical towns of Rhinebeck and Red Hook; filled with quaint bars, shops, and restaurants. Plenty of parking on site.
There is often carpools from NYC - please let us know if you need a ride or can offer a ride!
If there is interest, an airbnb for attendees will be secured for the weekend of the event. Please inform us asap if you are interested.

Melanie is as a model, creative director, and the visionary behind Everlore Events. Her passion for fantasy, fairytales, and historical eras fuels her creative endeavors. Driven by her desire to unite the ever growing fantasy community, she created Everlore as a space where no one is too old to dress up, play pretend, and step into a world of imagination.
Through carefully crafted, fantasy-inspired photoshoots, Melanie empowers attendees to shape their own experiences while fostering creative partnerships that continue long after each event.
With a background in animal science and ecology, her affection for animals runs deep - and it’s a dream come true to incorporate them into many of Everlore’s signature shoots.
