Set along the scenic shores of Long Island, this mermaid-inspired photoshoot welcomes both models and photographers to dive into a world of collaborative creation. With rocky coasts, crashing waves, and natural light as your backdrop, the setting evokes the untamed magic of the sea. Draw inspiration from oceanic folklore - mermaids basking on sunlit stones, sirens calling from the mist, and tide-born spirits emerging from the deep.

ABOUT SHUTTER ISLAND LI
Shutter Island is a Long Island–based photo meet and creative collective that hosts themed photography events. Run by @altars.media and @meganluchesi, they bring together models, photographers, and other creatives to collaborate and often raise ticket proceeds for charity. We’re excited to be partnering with them for this upcoming event!
TICKETS
This is a free-flowing shoot without scheduled time slots - models and photographers are welcome to arrive anytime during the event window and connect organically. The focus is on meeting like-minded artists, creating together, and enjoying the process. Bring your creativity and see where the day takes you. Photographers are encouraged - but not required - to share edits with those they collaborate with.

Optional Wardrobe Add-Ons:
Ocean-inspired wardrobe, mermaid fins, and accessories will be available to rent closer to the event date for models. Pricing will range from $20–$60 per rental. More details to come via email, please check the box and provide your size if interested.
