How do I get to the location?

GETTING THERE: From NYC: Take the Amtrack to nearby Rhinebeck Station station (pickup and dropoff may be available at station with prior notice).

What will the schedule be like?
Models are welcome to start arriving to the nearby Airbnb around 9am to get ready. We will have a space for hair, makeup, and changing. Please plan be on site for an introduction around noon. Photo sessions will around promptly after the intro. Photo sessions will run until around 5pm.

Attendees will have the opportunity to shoot at various picturesque locations throughout the property. With many distinct shooting locations available, models and photographers can spend the entire day capturing stunning images. A detailed schedule will be given ahead of time.
How do photo sessions work?
All model tickets include TWO private photo session with a bird of prey of your choice, with the option to add additional sessions. A sign-up sheet closer to the event will allow you to select your preferred photographers and bird species on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that models booking more than two sessions may have repeat photographers and/or birds due to scheduling and availability.

To respect the birds' limited handling time, sessions will be kept brief, but we will ensure each model gets ample time to capture the desired shots. Photo sessions are for individual models unless a group session has been arranged in advance.
How many photos will I receive?
Models will receive a minimum of three professionally edited photos per session. While three photos per session is the minimum, our photographers will strive to provide as many high-quality images as possible. Additionally, our team will be capturing high quality behind-the-scenes photos and video footage. We will have an additional photographer available to shoot models between their sessions (without a bird) to ensure you get as much camera time as possible.
Within two months after the shoot date a gallery will be shared with all edited photos and videos. All team members will be given social tags and encouraged to credit when posting.
What are the facilities like?
An outdoor tented area will be available as a home base for models to get ready, change looks, and touch up hair and makeup between shooting. A bathroom is located on site indoors. Prepare to be outside the whole time.
How does the Couples Session add-on work?
If you purchase the couples session add-on, you may bring one guest to join you for your private photo sessions. Your photos will feature the two of you together. Individual photos may be taken only if time allows.
What if it rains?
The rain date is Sunday the 28th. Emails will be sent out with any date change due to inclement weather. Covered areas are available if there's light showers throughout the day.
Will there be food and drinks?
Lunch picnic style. Complimentary refreshments and snacks will be available during breaks between activities. Please let us know If have food allergies.
Can I bring a friend / family member?

How and when will I get my photo edits?
A Google Photos link will be shared the day of the event for everyone to post BTS content. A Google Drive link will be sent out the following week with galleries for all photographers to begin uploading edited photos. Private photo session images will be given within two months after the shoot.
All team members will be given social tags and encouraged to credit when posting.
What should I bring and wear?
Please dress appropriately for a wooded property—wear boots or sturdy closed-toe shoes and dress in layers based on the weather. We recommend bringing a water bottle, snacks, a phone charger, and business cards or other networking materials.
What if I need to cancel?
If you need to cancel your registration for the event, please notify us as soon as possible.
Cancellations made before 3 weeks prior to the event will be eligible for a full refund of the registration fee. Cancellations made within 3 weeks of the event date will be subject to a partial refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within one week before the event or for no-shows.
Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 10 of the cancellation request. Please allow for processing time and note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Do you accept payment plans?
